- Objective
- This product is a diagnostic device for fleet vehicles that tracks maintenance such as fuel transfer and mileage. The Client needed a rugged device for harsh environments that was lightweight, easy to hold, and easy to use.

- Results
- By observing the prototypes in use, we determined the three hands required to perform the operation was too cumbersome. We reduced it two handed operation by attaching the telemetry ring to the main housing with a removable pivot. It is sealed against moisture of any kind, and has isolated internal components for shock absorption. The organic shape is contoured to your hand.
